First floor is 3/4 bathroom with laundry, kitchen, living room with fireplace and 75? TV. Has a door out to a deck in the backyard. Large fenced in back yard with a hot tub. First floor has an attached garage that I park in and use as storage.

Basement is finished with a large bar and living room, also has a 75? TV and half bathroom.

2nd floor has a full bath and 3 bedrooms.

Rent includes all utilities and a full cable package and internet.

I work full time and own a business. I spend the majority of my time working and sleeping. I?m very laid back and looking for someone who is the same.

I?m looking for someone I can get along with. I don?t need tenants but I like living with other people and suplimenting my income. No drug use and no criminal record (would consider minor offenses in the past). One bedroom is $1050 a month and the larger one is $1100 a month.

Someone who is willing to landscape or has experience with carpentry work I would be happy to exchange services for reduction in rent. The majority of the money I receive from rent goes back into home improvements. My last roommate got married and bought a house. He is happy to speak to anyone interested as a reference.
