Tenants have to buy their food and detergent for laundry.

I am looking for a tenant:
A non-smoker
No party
No drugs
No pets and animals
No past evictions
No past criminal convictions
Pays their rent in a timely fashion
Hours when the house must be quiet (10 pm - 6 am)
Times when guests of the tenant can come and go.
Requirement:
I will conduct a credit check, background screening, and proof of employment (last 6 months).
Move-In Cost: First and last, and security deposit.
