Hi! Looking for someone to sublease my room! Room available in a 2 bedroom on the B line :) Flexible move in preferably March, lease ends Aug 31 with the option to renew. No deposit, no first and last and no brokers fee! 2 bedroom you'd be in the smaller one but it's still roomy (14ft by 12 ft)! $1,145 a month water and heat included u just pay electricity (50$) and wifi (25$).
