Subletting my room for the Summer of 2024. The sublease would go from June 1st up until August 31st, with the option to renew into the next lease if interested.
Ideal for students needing a place during summer courses, or internships.
Currently 5 male roommates in the apartment, all mid-late 20s working professionals. All keep to themselves, but we do all hang out from time to time.
The apartment is about a 2 minute walk to the Green (B) Line and very close to the C and D lines as well.
