Seeking roommate for 1 room in 3 Bed 1.5 Bath apar

We are currently 2 guys looking to fill in for another room in our 3 Bed 1.5 Bath apartment. The room is semi-furnished if needed.
Location:
- The apartment is less than a minute walk to 2 Green Line T stops (Packard's corner and Harvard Ave stops).
- Less than 2 minutes walk to Star Market and a gym which is fully equipped (which gives a discounted monthly rate for residents of our leasing company)
- Plenty of restaurants within walking distance to explore
- Plenty of bars/pubs to blow the steam off whenever needed
- Plenty of street parking available with a resident parking permit that you will have to apply for free to the City of Boston. Parking is additional if you want a reserved spot though.
About us:
We are 2 guys - one professional working in the tech industry and another who recently graduated from his Master's program. We are easy going people who keep our surroundings clean and respect each other's privacy. We occasionally hang out for a beer or two to socialize.
