1 Bedroom near BU

I'm looking to sublease a room in my apartment until the lease ends September 1st. Renewal options are available after that, however the current roommate would move out and therefore the entire 1 bedroom rent cost would be $2,175 (that is the current total price, subject to change if renewed per landlord). The apartment is a well-kept and spacious space in a great location with easy access to plenty of food options and public transportation. The apartment is really well maintained and even includes a newly remodeled private bathroom floor. I'm looking for someone who is okay with having a roommate to take over the lease as soon as April or May until it ends September 1st of 2023
