I’m looking for someone who can stay for the longest amount possible during May 17-Aug 31. Rent is $1700, all utilities (wifi, water, electricity, gas) included.
- No roommates or housemates, just other who live in the same building. Private bathroom (studio).
- The place is completely furnished with fans, 2 window AC units, for the summer, bed, complete kitchen supplies, TV, sofa into bed futon, working desk, dining table and chair, drawer, etc,…
- AMAZING LOCATION. Right on the 66 and 57, 54. Really cIose to the Green Line. It is 2 mins walk to CVS, Dunkin, 10 mins walk from Star Market, a bus ride away from Trader Joe’s, next door to a bunch of restaurants, convenience stores, and small places to get select grocery items, tons of coffee shops and bakeries nearby.
- It is also a short busride away from the Flixbus stop in Brookline that makes it really convenient if you want to visit other cities this summer.
