1 room sublet on Symphony road

Hi all!

My roommates and I are looking for someone to sublet a room in our 5 room, 2 bath, 2 floor apartment on Symphony Road. Rent is 1200$ a month with the sublet starting as soon as possible. Our lease goes until end of August with the possibility of ending the sublet sooner.

The apartment is located a 1 minute walk away from the green line Symphony station, a 5-10 minute walk to the orange line, and a 5-10 minute walk to the green line at Hynes.

For shopping, whole foods is a 2 minute walk, the prudential center and star market are a 10-15 minute walk or 1 stop on the T, there?s a couple of bars nearby including OHE (now two saints tavern), Connor?s pub, the westland, and even more on hemenway street. UPS, USPS, GNC, True Value, Cappy?s pizza, 5 guys, and so many more little convenience stores and restaurants all a 2-3 minute walk.

The roommates are 2 Northeastern grads now working in health care, and two current students (myself included) who are graduating in May.
