Location: The condo is located in a well-maintained apartment complex in Backbay in a quiet neighborhood. It is less than 5 minute walk to the Hynes and Kenmore T stations, to backbay shops and restaurants and is about 10 minute walk to the Prudential center.

Rent: It includes heat and hot water, high/speed internet and laundry in the unit. Rent for a week is $500, monthly $1650.

Policy: only for 1 person, no pet, no smoking, no guest over, no shoe policy
