Back Bay Apartment

Hey! looking for 2 roommates to join me and another girl on 9/1 in Back Bay. ☺ I can send videos privately and do a virtual or in presence starting March 18th.

Important facts:
⁃ Room costs $1450 + $15 (Wi-Fi) + $25 water & gas (may vary slightly)
⁃ Laundry and drier in the basement
- 4th and last floor (lots of sunlight but no elevator)
⁃ Street parking is free
- cats are welcome
⁃ 5 min walk to Hynes Convention Center with bus stops and stores, but also super quiet
⁃ I am an Italian 25 yo loving life 💓 quiet, respectful, and clean

The move-in is September 1st and usually, we do 1 year leases with ability to swap at any time. No brokers or landlords.

Very important: in order to save the place, you need to sign the lease with the first month, last month, and one 1450 as a security deposit. No extra fees.
