Fenway Apartment Available - May to Early July

Hi! I am subletting my apartment from May 1st to July 1st. It is a studio apartment in the 100 Hemenway building. The building is a 5 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute walk to the Whole Foods on Westland. The building has laundry, common desk areas, and Amazon package hubs. The apartment comes with two twin beds, a microwave, a table with two chairs, refrigerator, air fryer, oven, and dishwasher. The rent for this apartment is $2750 + $120 for electricity and wifi per month (would be $1435 for two roommates). The rent already includes AC/heat and water. Please message me if interested!
