The proposed three month stay is a sublet until the lease expires at the end of august at which point you can decide to take over the lease in full if desired.

The available room is located to the front of the apartment right next to the main bathroom. It has significant storage space direct internet access and if so desired will come furnished with a dresser side table, small filing cabinet, desk chair queen sized bed stand or any combination there of.

We Like to keep the common areas clean and are not bothered if you wish to have friends over. We are within walking distance to most of central Boston in a safe clean area.
