Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a new roommate for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Beacon Hill! The lease is from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.

The rent is $1950 per month (per person), and heat and hot water are included so utilities are about $75 a month (per person).

I am renewing the lease (so there’s no broker’s fee!) on this apartment; it has all kitchen appliances, (including garbage disposal and dishwasher), laundry is in the building, and a private patio entrance only for our unit. The apartment is on a quiet street in Beacon Hill about 5 min walking from Charles/MGH T stop, and minutes from everything on Cambridge St and Charles St.

The available bedroom is about 10’x 11’ with a closet built into the wall (the room fits a full-size bed, dresser, and desk). The pictures attached are of the bedroom and bathroom that would be yours!

I am a 26 yo who works in downtown Boston, and outside of work I go to the gym and yoga classes, enjoy going out for brunch in the city, and go to museums and concerts 😊
