Need Young Roommate in Beacon Hill!

Hi! I’m Maggie and I’m searching for someone to join my lease for a super cute 2br/1bath apartment in Beacon Hill. Move-in is anytime after July 1st, the lease is 14-months, and rent is $1800. Heat and hot water are included. Laundry in unit as well as a dishwasher. Backyard access. Cats welcome (as long as they’re friendly to my cat!). I’d prefer another grad student (I’ll be starting law school) but am open to young professionals. Up-front costs also include first and last month’s rent and half the broker’s fee ($950). Unit is unfurnished but I’ll be bringing dining table and chairs and looking to buy a couch.
