I am looking for somebody interested in subletting/taking over my lease at the Beginning of February. $900/mo, Large bedroom in very conveniently located Brighton 3bedroom apartment on Mount Hood Road. Shared kitchen and bathroom, Paid laundry in building. Smack dab in the middle of Allston/Brighton/Brookline. <10 Minute walk from Whole Foods, several other grocery stores and restaurants. Within two miles of Boston College/ Boston University campus. < 3 Miles from Fenway, <1 Mile from Washington Street Station T stop, several bus stops. The lease ends on August 31st, with the option to re-up for another year. Roommates are two male young professionals. Room is potentially furnished/unfurnished, up to you. Willing to contribute $300 for first months rent, pending discussion.
