Urgent - Room For Rent (Brighton)

Just signed a lease starting 10/1 for a place in Brighton, right near Oak Square, looking for one more person to join us. Rent is $2700 ($900 per person), HEAT/HOT WATER INCLUDED! We're responsible for electric and internet/cable. First/last/broker fee already paid, so we will need to be reimbursed $2700 at some point. No pets allowed, looking for someone to stay the full 11 months. Your room would be the one included in the pictures. About us: I'm Tom (22 m), doing clinical research at the VA Medical Center in both Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury. My roommate Matt (24 m), is doing research at Boston Children's.
