Summer Apartment

Hello everyone! I am subletting my room (in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment) from May 1 - August 31. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment will be furnished as my 2 female roommates (they share a bedroom) will still be living in the apartment.

The apartment is in the heart of Brighton, near New Balance St, Bruins and Celtics practice arena! It is about 5 minutes from the 57 bus that takes you to BU- Kenmore area (20 minutes or less to BU), 4 minutes from the 64 that takes you to MIT/ Kendall Sq, 6 minutes to the 66 bus stop that takes you to Brookline/Coolidge Corner area, 4 min to the Framingham/ Worcester Line (purple), 10 min to the MBTA Green Line stop (also takes you to BU) and it’s very close to a Stop and Shop, CVS and various restaurants. We have laundry unit in the building, dishwasher, and a parking space available.

Rent is $1,305 a month for you own room, and utilities are around $25-30 per month and the separate wifi bill $16.67 a month.
