3 college students in a 4 bed 2 bath unit, it’s a split house so there’s only one other set of tenets. We are roughly a 12-15 minute walk away from Boston College’s campus. The area is really quiet, right next to Chandler Pond. We don’t have any pets but the house is pet friendly and there’s no fee for bringing a pet.
