Currently looking for 2 clean, respectful, professional male roommates in their mid to late 20s or early 30s to fill 2 bedrooms in a first floor 3 bed 1 bath spacious apartment in Brighton.
No animals
No couples

Located in a quiet neighborhood near oak square in Brighton. Spacious apartment with plenty of lights throughout. The apartment comes with plenty of free street parking and driveway parking (3 spots) shared between 3 tenants; at no extra cost. 3 bed 1 shared bath located on the first floor of a duplex. Both bedrooms come unfurnished and are spacious; big enough to fit a queen bed, with windows and closets in each. Shared living spaces and comes with free washer and dryer in unit and plenty of storage in the basement. Also, includes an air fryer, microwave, gas oven, dish washer and garbage disposal. There is a small back deck as well as a decent size backyard. Landlord only pays water. The 3 tenants split electricity, heat and wifi (ranges $60-$120 depending on time of the year).

The current occupant (me) is a 27 year old male accountant. I work from home 4 days of the week and go into the office 1 day. So, it cannot be noisy throughout the day. I am a social person but also enjoy my own privacy. Outside of working I enjoy going to the gym, watching sports and going to games, having drinks with friends on the weekend, going out to eat, spending time with my family, traveling, listening to music (mainly rap but open to all genres), podcasts and running occasionally.

I have lived here 2 years going on 3 in September. My 2 current roommates were here for 2 years before that are now moving out of state so I’m looking to fill their spots. Great location and great price with amenities, you can’t beat it.
