Hi! I am urgently looking for someone to sublet my private room and bathroom!

The SUBLET period would be from July 1st, 2024 - September 1st, 2024 BUT can be flexible with move in date.

FAQs: 1. Unfortunately, only ONE (1) person may occupy this room according to landlord's rules. So, no couples or families.

2. I do not know if someone has already signed a lease for beyond September. You will have to ask the landlord if you wish to rent beyond September 1st.

3. This private room and bathroom is NOT in an apartment complex. This is in a HOUSE. It is on the 2nd floor, and you will be the only one upstairs.

This space includes access to a private bathroom and a comfortable common space—all located on the upstairs level.

You also have access to the main floor, which is where the main living room, shared kitchen, and access to the basement level with free laundry are.

*RENT*: $1200/month

*PARKING: Available on-site for $150/month* (Free street parking is also an option if you have MA plates and are eligible for a resident parking permit.)

*LENGTH OF SUBLET*: July 1st, 2024 - September 1st, 2024 (Flexible move in date)

This apartment is *PET-FRIENDLY for both cats and dogs*
(please inquire about any restrictions - there are no animals currently living in the apartment).

14 Lake st is conveniently situated near both the school Boston College and the Boston College Green Line T stop. There are also a variety of restaurants and stores for your convenience within feet from the house.

FREE Washer and Dryer INSIDE the house.

2 other people are living in this house on the main level. They are both female in their early 20s working full time. They are wonderful people and roommates who I have not had any issues with!
