Private room for rent, near Orange Line and Buses

Looking for a relatively clean and respectful roommate to rent out a vacant room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Because I own a very friendly and playful orange tabby cat I do require a roommate that is cat-friendly. The available room has a large closet and is large enough to comfortably fit a full size bed, possibly a queen. The apartment includes a dishwasher, gas oven, hardwood floors, and shared coin-op laundry in the building. Street level parking is available with a Boston parking permit and the Community College Orange Line stop is approximately a 5-minute walk away. It's a charming apartment with brick face walls, high ceilings, and an open space design located near a decent number of quaint parks and good restaurants and bars, including one of the oldest bars in Boston, the Warren Tavern.
