Looking for a new housemate

We are looking for a new roommate for our house! 4 bedrooms and one is available. Clean and big house 2 minutes from Cleveland Circle, where B, C, and D lines intersect.

We are all working professionals. One of our roommates is moving in with an SO and we are looking for a 4th to fill the spot!

Here are some facts:
- Rent: $1,000/mo. // Utilities: approx. $45/mo.
- Bedroom is over-sized with full closet.
- Fits comfortably a queen size bed, couch, dresser, and desk.
- Unit has an over-sized living room as well.
- Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as, a breakfast nook.
- Off street parking is plentiful and free with or without resident sticker (Resident stickers on left side, non-resident on right side).

The place is big and there is no catch. Landlord doesn't ask for security deposit and is very easy to work with. A diamond in the rough., hence why we want to stay, but we have any empty room.
