I am looking to rent the second room in my 2 bedroom apartment in Adams Village. Walking distance to Dorset Hall, Lucy's Tavern and The Industry.
A bit about the space - the apartment is quite large, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and pantry that are all furnished (but I am happy to make adjustments!). The apartment is on the first floor, also on a dead end street with lots of street parking, free washer/dryer in the unit, basement storage, front and back porch, small fenced yard and off-street parking for a small additional fee.

A bit about your prospective roommates - I am F, 30 years old and a high school science teacher. Between work and graduate classes my presence is typically sparse. On the weekends I work at a farm. I enjoy cooking, working out and my living style is pretty quiet and clean. The furrier roommates include two cats, who will cuddle with you, and Gentle George, a 9 year old dog whose favorite hobby is napping.
