Looking for a clean individual to rent out the bed and bath in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. large room with sufficient closet space. some storage space in basement is available. place was built 3 years ago so all appliances are new and well taken care of. tucked in a quiet little corner but still extremely close to south bay shopping center. since its on a one way street behind the movie theater not a lot of traffic which is great. photos do not do the place justice. a lot larger then what is pictured. also the lime green paint is going away soon! will def be gone before you move in.
