We have a bedroom available 10/1 or 11/1 in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment for $950. We live on Dorchester Avenue, right on the South Boston / Dorchester line. It's a great location if you want all the amenities of Southie, and also want to keep rent below $1,000. We're walking distance to both red line stops (Andrew square and JFK), the highway (93), Carson and M Street Beach, Moakley park and South Bay Shopping Plaza.

The bedroom is approximately 10 x 11 ft with two windows and a closet. The apartment has a dishwasher, brand new washer and dryer, and there plenty of street parking. We also have a back deck and a patio / garden area. Utilities are not included and are split evenly. No pets allowed. First and last month rent required up front.
