Dog Friendly Sublet with Walk in Closet

I?m subletting my room (lease is until 8/31) in a recently renovated 3B/1B apartment in a great area off of Fields Corner. Right off of Morrissey Boulevard, 5min walking distance to CVS, a liquor store, & a few bars, 10min walk to the fields corner stop on the T, and super close to stop & shop and Dunkin?

Washer and dryer in unit (!!!), common spaces pretty much furnished, dog friendly (and honestly preferred if you have a pup!), beautiful hardwood floors throughout and a lot of natural light. Great porch outside too!

My roommates are looking for someone chill and tidy who doesn?t mind hanging out with a drink or two once in a while. The roommates are 25 and 23, guy & girl (not dating lol), they?re fantastic to live with, I wouldn?t be going anywhere if I didn?t have to!

The apartment is on the first floor, but not wheelchair accessible
