1 bedroom in a 3bedroom, 1 bath apartment

My housemate and I are looking for a third female housemate in a 3 bdrm, 1 bath apartment in South Dorchester. We're looking for someone to move in ASAP. Rent is $750 not including utilities and internet. Move in fees include rent and security deposit (total of $1500).

The apartment is located a 7 minute walk from Ashmont station. It's been renovated in the past two years and includes an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and two balconies. We also have access to a shared spacious back yard area. We are conveniently located near grocery stores, shops, and restaurants.

Our ideal housemate is a professional, very clean, responsible, communicative and, respectful of space and boundaries.
