Room in Eash Boston across from T Suffolk Downs

I have an unfurnished 9x12 room. I can furnish the room within 2 weeks once we sign an agreement and I have your deposit. The rest of the apartment is furnished.
There are 1.5 baths so we'll be sharing a shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Off street parking is available.
I'm a working professional and am looking to room with another working professional with no pets. You can get to and from downtown Boston in ~25 minutes. This area of East Boston is quiet and not crowded.
A security deposit is required as well as first and last month's rent. The landlord will require proof of employment and a background check. Rent is $1150/month and we'll split utilities (internet and electricity) which should be less than $150/month total.
