Sublet for bedroom!

Sublet needed for a room starting February 1st (End of January negotiable) until August 30th, 2020! I?m leaving for a job opportunity and cannot stay.

Awesome spot in East Boston, 15 minute walk to Maverick AND Airport station on the Blue Line. 116/117 bus line picks up right across the street. The first floor apartment is all hardwood, with an updated kitchen (with dishwasher), a full bathroom (including bathtub/shower combo). The room is spacious with a closet, able to fit a queen bed comfortably. Coin operated washer and dryer are downstairs in the basement and there is also a laundromat two blocks away. Cat friendly. Three other roommates are chill and keep to themselves.

Rent is 700 a month, Heat/Electric and WiFi not included. Only additional fee is a 500 sublet fee. My landlord is currently seeking only female tenants.
