This is a second floor unit with a nice exposed brick wall. There is also a skylight over the stairs.
I am offering the Master Bedroom which includes a walk in closet. (The room is unfurnished, see video.)
There is a W/D in basement for exclusive use by this unit w/ private access (not coin op).
Rent is $1,000/mo + utils which would be split evenly. I am seeking a few qualities for any potential roommate:
1.) I mostly keep to myself and prefer a slower pace. My age may be showing here but my party days are done. LAN parties only please.
2.) Stability is key. I expect that rent and utilities are paid on time. Young professionals preferred.
3.) No smoking in the apartment. If you smoke, please do so outside.
