Current housemates are: 45-year-old female, the primary leaseholder, who loves to cook, knit, watch movies, and listen to podcasts, and who works full-time as well as having a busy social and volunteer life, and a friendly 28-year-old male artist with a full-time job and busy social life who loves to cook. Seeking fun, friendly, thoughtful, responsible, and financially secure renter with their own full life to join us. LGBQT friendly! Full COVID vaccination strongly preferred.

Please note: no alcohol or drugs on premises, no smokers, no pets. Ideally seeking someone who would like to share kitchen equipment already in home, as available kitchen storage space is quite minimal. There will be some pantry space available.
