Roomate wanted for 2 Bed/1 Bath in Seaport.

My name is Pablo and I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my 2 Bed / 1 Bathroom apartment at the Metlo in Seaport (399 Congress St.) signing for a 1-yr lease starting either Aug 21st or Sep 1st (whatever is more convenient works).

Rent for the bigger room (floor plan below) is $2,400, heat and water are included. We pay for Wi-Fi and electricity.
Important note: I'm only in the apartment Mon-Thu as I spend my weekends in NY. You would have the apartment for yourself most of the time.

- The apartment is on the 3rd floor of The Metlo (399 Congress St.), a 10-min walk to the city center, and a 5-min walks from everywhere (Trader Joe's, CVS, Bars/Restaurants, etc)

- The bedroom (circled in the pictures) has a large closet and big floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom has its own climate control unit, so you can keep it at your preferred temperature.

- If you need more storage room there's a large closet by the front door which I don't use.

- The apartment is new and has all the amenities including in-unit washing/dryer, dishwasher, and central AC/heating.

- The building has all amenities including a large gym, movie room, multiple terraces, barbeque area, game rooms, party rooms you can book, and a rooftop pool/sundeck.

- No parking included, but you can rent a spot in the building if required.

About me:

- I am 31 and work in the city. I spend most of my free time in NY as my gf/friends are there.

- I usually come in Monday mornings and leave Thursday afternoon. I'm usually in office from 8AM to 8PM Mon-Thu.

- You'll have the apt for yourself most of the time, so ideally looking for someone tidy.
