Private room/bathroom in large modern apt.

I have a 2 BR/2 bath first floor apt. on a quiet street in the Jamaica plain neighborhood of boston. Renter will occupy one bedroom and adjacent bathroom, with access to kitchen, living room, etc.

Amenities include modern kitchen, in-bathroom laundry, Fios internet/cable, parking behind house, back patio, and front/back yards; Workout area in the basement; lots of storage.

Be aware I have two friendly cats, Bandit and Oreo. No room for any more pets :)

Subway stops to get you downtown or elsewhere are 5-10 min walk, as are shops/restaurants. Nearby areas include Longwood Medical Area, Historic South End/Back Bay neighborhoods, Boston Medical Center Campus, Northeastern University and the Museum of Fine Arts. JP also has a beautiful pond for running, fishing, and sailing.
