I have moved in with my partner already but September rent is paid! September 1st lease with early move in possible - all that is due at signing is last month's rent (no security deposit or broker fee).

The house is absolutely beautiful and has been a sincere privilege to spend time in throughout quarantine. It has two floors and was recently renovated. Features include: laundry in the basement, a deck overlooking the street, a living room with a beautiful fireplace (decoration only), TWO dining rooms, a kitchen with pantry and lots of light. The bedroom is spacious with three windows and a walk-in closet. If the next tenant would like a window unit AC, bed, desk, dresser, and/or shelf unit I am happy to leave those behind. Otherwise I?ll remove them.

The neighborhood is perfect as there are so many beautiful houses to see on a quick walk around the area, the Stonybrook stop is a 5 minute walk away, Sam Adams Brewery complex is within a 10 minute walk, AND it?s close to Centre St.

The roomies are great too! They are three twenties/early thirties women who are kind, clean, and respectful. None of us had known one another before moving in but we all get along great and there have been no issues.
