One bedroom of a three-bedroom apartment is available starting 6/1. Rent is $1,050/month. One-year lease. First and last due at signing. You would also need to pass a background check with the landlord. Heat, hot water, and electricity are all included. Fios (TV/internet) is not ($50/month). No dogs. Cats most likely no (currently two cats) but could possibly have one more. (Up for negotiation).

About the roommates: You would be living with two men in their late 30s/early forties. We are both straight but very LGBT-friendly. One runs a painting construction company and the other is a non-profit communications director. Both are big soccer fans (how we met!). We tend to be pretty solitary but will occasionally play video games or watch movies together in the living room. smoker-friendly as well. There is no laundry in the house, unfortunately. There is a front porch (shared) and balcony (second and third floor shared).
