I am looking for someone to take over the lease of my roommate's room in JP (ASAP - 8/31/24). The lease can be renewed after that. Rent is $850 per month plus utilities. First and last months rent, plus security deposit.
Street parking available. The apartment is truly a gem, located between the Orange line (12 minute walk) and the Green E line (8 minute walk), a 5 minute walk from a Whole Foods and a Stop & Shop. Other bonuses include a covered porch, a fantastic kitchen + pantry, small yard, and a cozy living room. Coin operated laundry and extra storage space in the basement. You would have two roommates, who work full time and aren't in the apartment often and are easy-going.
