Rent Details:
$1,133 per month for June, July, and August.
$1,200 per month from September 2024 to August 2025.
All utilities included.

Deposit:
Last month's rent + security deposit (totaling $1,767)

We're looking for a person to replace me in a 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Jackson Square (Jamaica Plain) starting 6/1. Rent is $1133 for this June, July and August and then from this Septembet to August 2025 the rent will be $1200 per person each month, with all utilities included. You would be taking over the lease from me, as I will be moving out on 6/1.
The required deposit would be last month's + security which is $1767.
The property manager requires a fee for signing the sublease agreement.

Roommates:
Brandon Craig (pronouns they/he) is a 28-year-old Ph. D. student at Northeastern. Usually working from my office on campus or a coffee shop, but occasionally from my desk at home. Loves comic books, R&B music, and supporting the local drag and ballroom scenes.

Matthew Zuniga (pronouns he/him/his) is a 26-year-old master's student at Boston University. I usually work from home and will be at cafés trying some good coffees and sweets. I love traveling, hip-hop/ rap, reggaeton, video games, and thrifting.

We like to keep the apt clean (i. e., chore rotation each week), communicate clearly with one another, and respect each other's needs/space. Basically, we're adults looking for someone else who'd fit well in our household! No pets are allowed here, unfortunately; other LGBTQ+ people and grad students or working professionals are preferred.
