Hello!
My name is Mel Wilson! My friend, Lucas, and I are renewing our lease but need to find one more person to fill the third bedroom. We're recent architecture masters graduates from Wentworth. We enjoy boardgames and DnD in our free time.
The living room is furnished but any new furniture is welcomed (furnished differently then what is pictured)!
The apartment is spacious for three bedrooms. You would be taking the biggest of the three. It also has two outdoor porches for us, one on either facade. It has in unit laundry and dishwasher with water included. We are located just down the street from the Forrest Hills T stop making a commute to the city fairly easy. We do not have pets, cats are allowed in the lease and we would be open to a roommate who had a furry friend! Utilities is roughly $75-100 a month.
Move in would be end of August and it would be a 12 month lease with security and first month due upfront.
