Monthly rent includes free Wi-Fi and utilities that cover electricity, gas, water, and heat. Additionally, you can take advantage of the new washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.

We offer three room options, each with unique features that cater to your needs:

- Room 3: Purple & Green New Beginning. This large room features an abundance of creativity. It includes a 43" smart TV, a full-size bed, a green nightstand, an elegant green chair, an ottoman for storage, a creative but classy ceiling fan, an alarm clock, a beautiful rug for comfort to match the decor, a lamp, and more. The rent per month is $1200.00. Available 9/1/2024

All our rooms are fully furnished with new bedding and curtains that match each room's decor. The kitchen has a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, an island with seats, extra cabinet space for all roommates, a stainless-steel trash can, a microwave oven, new silverware, and much more. The newly renovated bathroom features a stand-alone shower with black, gray, and white decor. It is also stocked with tissue for the first month or until it runs out.

Your safety and comfort are paramount; hence, all rooms are secured with coded locks and cameras on the exterior of the premises. Additionally, we provide extra accommodations, including a vending machine on the premises and much more.

Everyone interested in renting our rooms requires a full background check. If you move in and decide the decor doesn't suit your taste, the landlord can remove it upon request.
