We are renting out one bedroom in a two-bedroom (900 sq ft) apartment. We are a young (age 26) married professional couple living with two guinea pigs. Just to give a heads up for allergy purposes, their diet includes hay/pellets.

DESCRIPTION: The bedroom (Big enough for a Queen and Dresser). The room also has a closet. The kitchen and dining/living room area are already furnished. The kitchen has great cookware and utensils for those that prefer not to buy. The room also comes with off street parking spots. We do have a communal deck as well. Shared laundry facilities in basement. Wifi, electric, and gas average approximately $85/month for the room.

ABOUT THE AREA. Roslindale has some small locally owned business that sells wine, cheese, and bread. They also have a couple of restaurants as well. Forest Hills and Jamaica Plain also has restaurants and small locally owned stores. Stop & Shop and Walgreens is a half-mile away. Whole Foods in located 3 miles or 5 miles away depending on which location.

TRANSPORTATION: 1 min walk to the bus stop (32/30 Bus) leading to Forest Hill (Orange T-line) in 7-12 mins. 30 mins to Back Bay via Bus and Orange Line. 45 mins max to all jobs in the Downtown Boston area using public transportation or 40 minutes by car. 7 mins drive/bus ride to Roslindale Square. If you want to walk, it only takes about 15 mins to Roslindale Village.

NOTE: You will be put on the lease as well which means our landlord will have to check your credit. We are also flexible on moving date (Aug 1st - Sept 1st) as well.
