I'm a part-time student and a work-from-home professional looking for a roommate in my two bedroom one bathroom apartment in the Jamaica Plain/Egleston Square neighborhood of Boston. There is a shared living room, large kitchen and bathroom, as well as a deck. Coin laundry is available in the basement, and street parking is free.

The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the Orange line and the Southwest Corridor Park, and there are several Blue Bike and Zip Car stations close by. Franklin Park is just a block away, and Whole Foods and Stop and Stop are a 5 minute bike ride. Samuel Adams Brewery, Bella Luna, Mike's Gym and more are just a short walk as well.

LGBT friendly, and prefer working professionals or students although all will be considered. Rent is 1075$, along with splitting utilities, and the land lord does require a income verification and credit check.
