Looking for 3rd for 3 bedroom apt 9/1

My roommate Calen and I are moving out of our current apartment at the end of August. In our search for a new place, we realized there are some really nice 3 bedroom apartments and when split 3 ways are significantly more affordable than 2br apts. Therefore looking to recruit someone compatible to join our updated search (i. e. we haven't chosen a place yet) for a 3br with a 9/1 move-in date.

I'm a consultant and so am rarely here during the week, sometimes on the weekends. Calen is in her 3rd year of law school, works as a law clerk for a judge and serves part-time at Earl's.

We're both pretty busy but love to hang and overall just care about living in a clean space with good vibes.
