The bedroom will be available starting September 1, for the remainder of the lease which runs through the end of July 2020. There will be an option to renew the lease should things go well. The apartment is large and spacious and full of light, and is right in the heart of South Boston in Andrew Square!
Some additional details:
- Rent: $850/mo (per bedroom) + utilities (<~$50)
- Available starting on September 1
- Location: in great Southie neighborhood; about a 2-3 minute walk to the red line T (Andrew Station), multiple bus lines, various stores and restaurants, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach
- Other roommates are three female young professionals in their mid-late 20s
- Basement with laundry
- Free Wifi is available
- First month and security deposit due up front, NO FEE!
