I'm renting my FULLY FURNISHED room in South Boston, right off of Andrew Square. The property is a five bedroom three bathroom apartment on the second and third floors of a house. The room comes furnished with a full size bed and mattress plus a couple of small side tables. I can also remove the furniture if you'd prefer. Tenants are clean, and most of us work from home. Roommates enjoy watching football, and we don't host parties. The living room is furnished, and we have a large TV with xbox. We also have a bench press set and free weights downstairs. This is a short term lease ending on May 31st, but there will be an option to renew that lease afterwards. I like to stay flexible with things so just give me a message if you have any questions! Note: pictures used are from the original property listing, but majority of the furniture downstairs is the same or improved.
