Looking for a clean and respectful roommate to take over July 1 (through June 30, 2025) lease in Southie. Room is in the middle with a closet in the room as well an extra in the hall. Unit is 3 bed/2 bath in a 3-story condo building between D st and E st. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Central A/C and heating.

Other roommates are two female working professionals in their 30s, and the new tenant will share a bathroom with one. Shared space (kitchen, living room) are fully furnished and the room for rent is unfurnished.

Utilities are not included in the price but is about $125 per month each (gas, electric + internet). No pets. There is street parking (we’re on an off-street, which is nice) and it’s close to so many great bars and restaurants! Walking distance to Andrew and Broadway stations (red line) and near several bus stops. Around the corner from Tatte, B/Spoke, RockSpot Climbing, Castle Island Brewing and more! 15 min walk/5 min drive to Carson beach!
