Spare bedroom avail for rent in spacious 2 BDR apt

I have a spare bedroom avail for rent in a very nice, fully furnished (with the exception of the spare bedroom) 2 BDR apt in West Roxbury. My current lease ends 07/31/20 so I would prefer a roommate to sign onto the full duration of this lease with the option of renewal next year. Total rent due is $900/mo and that incl. all utilities, parking (if needed), access to laundry (both in-unit and in building), gym & pool access. My apt has an AC unit in the dining room that does a sufficient job keeping the main shared space cool, and I also have a dishwasher too. The apt complex provides 24/7 maintenance service. You would be paying directly to me, the primary tenant. I keep my apt very clean. I have one very friendly cat and a 20 gal aquarium--no other pets are allowed unfortunately. I live along a major MBTA bus route that's a quick 15-20 min ride to Forest Hills T station (if you ever needed to commute into the city). I'm also minutes from I-95 & I-90 in case you wanted to get away. I live in an apt complex that is strictly non-smoking and no drug use of any kind. I would prefer a roommate who doesn't smoke at all. I am very friendly and personable. I enjoy cooking, and other leisure activities. I'm a working professional (8-5pm).

***To be clear, if interested, you would need to complete an application through the apt complex where they will conduct a background check, income & employment verification, and rental history. If approved, you would be signing onto the existing lease with me. In addition, we would have our own roommate leasing agreement that outlines terms of our living arrangement***
