I am a retired senior citizen with a male roommate that is from Jamaica. .
I am looking to rent out my smaller furnished guest bedroom that has a dresser, closet & twin bed, preferably to another guy.
The MBTA bus is at the top of my street, the commuter rail is about a 1/2 mile walk, Dunkin Donuts, the dry cleaner, a pizza shop, is right around the corner with the supermarket, more restaurants, just a couple of blocks away. We do have 1 driveway spot that is shareable.
We have a fairly new washer, dryer & dishwasher. ******We also have a housekeeper once or twice monthly included in the rent****
