Winthrop by the Sea, so close to Boston

The 1st floor has a twin bed. 2nd floor has a full bed. Both rooms are very clean and have closets. There is a big bathroom on the 1st floor that is shared by both rooms. There is a back yard and a nice size deck. Winthrop is a great little beach town and very walkable. The location is a 2 minute walk to the bus and to the center of town. The center has a CVS, restaurants, convenient stores, hair and nail salons. The beach is a mile away. Females preferred. I have a 30 year old daughter that stays at the house a couple of times a week.
