Room for rent in country family home

I have a large room for rent in my split level home. The room is located on the ground floor. You can use any one of the three entrances. We would share the kitchen. I have my own bathroom my son and I use(7yrs old). The other bathroom you would share with my other roommate Josh. Utilities included including internet. No Laundry you would have to use the laundrymat in center of town. Off street parking in the driveway. Quarter-mile from gas station/convience store/dunkins. Any questions please ask!! Oh and we are in the process of re doing the walls so don't mind the mess in the picture it will be ready anyway now.
