Beautiful Apartment in Alphabet City

Hey there! Me and my roommate are looking for a third tenant starting either mid September or October 1st. The apartment is furnished and comfortable. We have an amazing roof with an even better view and access to our fire escape. We're both very laid back and enjoy using our apartment for hanging out and entertaining friends. Shawn and I are fun but responsible and are looking for a roommate who wants to share in the home we've built. We're re-signing the lease on the 1st but it only runs until the end of May, we're ideally looking for someone to sign on with us till then :)
